NAME
  class_database_file_exists - Determines if the database exists

  class_database_file_exists(void);

DESCRIPTION
  Determines if the class scheduler database exists on disk.

  Note that the calling process must have root access privileges.

RETURN VALUES
  [TRUE]
      The database exists.

  [FALSE]
      The database was not found.
