NAME
  cpq_mibs - Tru64 UNIX SNMP subagent daemon for Compaq MIBS

SYNOPSIS
  /usr/sbin/cpq_mibs

DESCRIPTION
  The cpq_mibs daemon is the subagent that implements support for the Compaq
  Tru64 UNIX MIBs.  It currently supports the following MIBs:

    ·  cpqHealth

    ·  cpqHostOs

    ·  cpqScsi

    ·  cpqStdEquipment

    ·  cpqSystemInfo

  This daemon is started and stopped automatically, and in conjunction with
  the SNMP master agent snmpd; no configuration or user action is required.
  When servicing requests for these MIBs, unexpected conditions are logged
  using the syslog function.

  Together with os_mibs, this daemon provides the SNMP data required by the
  Insight Manager daemon, insightd.  For further information, see the

FILES
  /usr/var/adm/syslog.dated/date/daemon.log
      The system daemon log file.  Where date is the date.

  /usr/share/sysman/mibs/cpqHealth.mib
      System health MIB definition file.

  /usr/share/sysman/mibs/cpqHostOs.mib
      Host MIB definition file.

  /usr/share/sysman/mibs/cpqScsi.mib
      Small Computer System Interface MIB definition file.

  /usr/share/sysman/mibs/cpqStdEquipment.mib
      Standard equipment MIB definition file.

  /usr/share/sysman/mibs/cpqSystemInfo.mib
      System information MIB definition files.
